Newbie Investment Portfolio - End 2021 10

Due to expectation of US Fed announcing a tapering in their bond purchase program, which leads to an expectation of interest rates rising, there was a pullback in the prices of bonds generally. It can be observed that the bonds in my portfolio dropped about 1-2 points month-on-month.

With Shell Equity rising with oil prices, I took the opportunity to realise profits on a portion of my holdings.

For this month, this mini portfolio received bond interest from Singtel 3.3% SGD Perp.

The Current Margin Ratio is within my target level of 80-85% for optimal portfolio leverage and acceptable risk level.

Regards, Newbie
