The company has exhibited gradual growth in its bottom line over the years through effective cost management and securing of better margin projects. At the price of 30 cents, the company is trading at a forward PE of 4.8 by annualizing 6 months EPS of 3.15 cents at the end of June 2010. Its market capitalization is trading at 29% discount from its latest NAV which is 42.11 cents. And the other appealing factors about this stock are that almost 2/3 of its market capitalization are cash, the company is debt free and also trading at an attractive dividend yield of almost 10%. With good cash flows generated over the years, I believe the company can continue to pay out attractive dividends in the future.
